Class Descriptions

All Levels – Explore standing poses, hip-openers, seated poses, twists, backbends, basic inversions, and breathing exercises on deepening levels as you gain experience and skill. Teachers provide variations appropriate for beginners and more advanced students.

Recovering Strength and Flexibility – Improve strength, balance and range of motion using chairs and other props. Appropriate for those recovering from injury or who have otherwise lost mobility, or those seeking a more gradual approach to learning yoga.

Fee Options August 1 - December 31, 2010

  • $48 for unlimited yoga classes for 30 days
  • $20 for unlimited yoga for 7 days
  • $10 for a single class
  • $25 for 4-week series, Introduction to Yoga (minimum enrollment: 4 people)
