What's New
We have just started a new 5-week session of classes, running September 29 to
November 1. Barbara's class has moved to Monday nights, 6:30-7:45pm--a
great
way to get energy for your week. (For information on our
classes, click here.)
Currently we don't offer a class specifically for beginners, but if you are new
to yoga, you might consider trying the Thursday afternoon (4:15pm)
class, or for deep relaxation practice, the Tuesday evening (6:30pm)
class. Beginners are also welcome to come to any other class--come
5-10 minutes early to chat with the teacher and see
the studio before class begins.
Yoga Center will be closed November 3-8, and will be closed for a couple of regularly
scheduled classes during the current session. Please check the schedule for complete information.
